STRESS MANAGEMENT

Stress is part of living and coming to college means adjusting to a new life.  Learning how to better manage the changes and stress improves mood, health, relationships and chances of success in college.  The staff of the Counseling Center will lead this interactive workshop which includes discussion, tips and relaxation exercises.
