Join us for this restorative, stress-relieving, energizing weekly practice! All levels and all students, faculty, and staff are welcome.

Beginning January 15 and ending April 30, our free weekly practice will be held every Wednesday, 5–6pm, in de Witt Hall, except on April 9, 16, and 23, when we'll be in STC 110A/B. There is no practice the week of Spring Break.

This semester, Adela will be leading the majority of practices, and we'll again be welcoming Professor Varshitha Manjunath (who led practice all Fall semester) to lead us in an occasional practice when her teaching responsibilities allow!
